1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags are intact

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Returns sent without prior approval


2. How to Request a Return

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


4. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Unjustified or unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
